Add support for including hidden menu entries in site map

Hello:

I have created a patch for this module to allow to incluide hidden menu entries in site map page.

Into the attached file I included the .patch files to apply to site_map.module and site_map.admin.inc files to allow to include hidden menu entries with a configuration option in administration page.
