Invalid argument - form.inc line 1207

All I've done is install it (and manually fixed that error) and then go to the page admin/store/settings/attributes and I get this error:

warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/sites/ourdemowebsites.co.uk/public_html/central/includes/form.inc on line 1207.
