webform_report 6.x-2.0-beta5

This is a beta release for the 6.x-2.0 version of Webform Reports. The 6.x-2.0 version contains significant revisions to the stable version. Please see the release notes from the original beta for more information.

This beta release should fix these issues:
#327203: Ability to determine column display order
#832690: Unknown column 'columns' in 'field list' query error
#833912: "File" type field column is empty
#952128: Multiple column sort does not work

And partially address these issues:
#865754: patch to "select" type column to show value instead of key
#867908: Date Range Report Filter
