When I add the Boost blocks into the Admin Module's toolbar, the blocks are not visible.

I also tried going into admin/build/block to manually give them a title, but that did not make a difference.

I'm attaching a screenshot for reference.

Found similar issue in the Admin issue queue. Should this issue belong over there?

Marking this duplicate of the other issue. As of right now this is either an issue with admin module or admin module's documentation. If the issue is with other modules then the admin module's documentation should state something about the reasons a title would not show up and say to post in that module's issue queue.
