uc_salesforce 6.x-1.0-alpha2

This release contains the code fixes from #811258: Compatibility with latest dev, code cleanup, some bug fixes, which bring this module into compatibility with the recent dev releases of the Salesforce API module. It also contains a few bug fixes, such as #953628: User fieldmap dropdown added to Salesforce API configuration form has no corresponding submit handler logic and #928768: Bad link to field mapping page.

The documentation on how to use the module is also somewhat improved, although #760226: Document the setup for this module has not been committed yet into the README.txt. It should be much easier to get started now.

If you experience any problems in the use of this module, please report them in the issue queue. Please ensure that you have configured the Salesforce API module correctly according to the instructions on its project page, though, before reporting bugs, and also provide as much detail as possible.
