When i have a mini panel inside of a panel it is impossible for the inside panel and outside panel to have different skinr settings. If i change either, it changes both. I tried several combinations and ways of applying skinr settings and they always cause both the inner and outer panel to have the same settings.
I am using Fusion theme.
Thanks.

moonray commentedCan you provide us with an HTML dump (and tell us which classes you were applying)?

vrajak@gmail.com commentedI've fiddled around with this and Mini panels but didn't get very far. I've asked the original poster to provide the info Moonray asked for.
akolahi commentedI was able to resolve this issue if i set the outside panel to have "No markup at all". I could not have one look for the outside panel and another for the inside panel, but the above solution was good enough for me.
I will mark this as fixed as that is the case for me, unless someone specifically needs a different skin on the outside panel than the inside panel, they can reopen the issue.
Thank you for your help.
