Problems when your scripts are in the footer

first thank you very much for this great module.

... but I have a little problem:
in my web site (www.clubdarwin.net) we have all the scripts in the footer (to improve SEO)

so the module does not work correctly.

to work I made some changes, the worse I can not connect to svn to create a patch
I attached the file that works for me

I also sent the spanish po file.
