Could my authors have a short bio and header in their blogs?

The are two modules or more that can let users create custom blocks, check out node info boxes module and side content module...

I guess you could also take their bio info from their profile and publishit on their blog with the theme.
But for the 2e option I can,t really help more than that sorry.
