avpadernoHello, and thank you for applying for a CVS account.
You need to provide a link to the issue report where you are accepted as co-maintainer. Please re-apply when you created such issue, and you are accepted as co-maintainer.

develcuy commentedI'm the co-maintainer of Matrix module and would like @shawnblue to replace me. Him has requested to be co-maintainer at: #1089288: Co-maintainer Request, but the maintainer seems to not be available. Then I have requested ownership at #1126202: Maintainer request "Matrix field". Can't believe that a motivated contributor like @shawnblue is waiting 22 weeks, please help him.

This CVS Application queue has been deprecated, after the move from CVS to Git. Unfortunately, as the issue was in a 'closed' state during the migration, the notice explaining this wasn't included in this comment thread.
As per the Dealing with abandoned projects page, this app should be moved over to the webmasters queue and re-marked as 'active'; after which someone should be able to help you with your maintainer request shortly.
However, as the Co-maintainer request for Shawnblue has been dealt with, and it appears that your maintainer request is only temporary after the job change, I'm going to mark this as postponed ... if you are still interested in persuing your ownership request, then mark this as active and change the 'Project' field to 'Drupal.org webmasters'; and if not, then please reset the status of this application back to "closed (won't fix)".

jthorson commentedOooops ... prematurely changed the 'Project' field ...

avpadernoshawnblue results already one of the co-maintainers of the project. Once he agrees on the git terms, he will be able to make commits to the project.
As far as I can see, there is nothing else that needs to be done.
Just to be clear, this report was initially closed as it didn't report the necessary information, such as the link to the issue report opened in the project queue. The OP should have applied for a CVS account once he got the approval of the current maintainer, or one of the co-maintainers.
Now that Drupal.org is passed to git, the co-maintainer applications are handled by the maintainers of the projects for which the applicant needs to be co-maintainer.

avpadernoAs per previous comment, I am setting this issue as Won't fix.
Since new users can now create full projects, applications have a different purpose and they are handled on a different issue queue. See Apply for permission to opt into security advisory coverage for more information.
