In apachesolr_multilingual.admin.inc there are 4 links define in l() function where you need to remove the first slash on lines 359 (2x), 373, 387. Otherwise links will redirect to http://admin.com/settings/apachesolr/...
Thanks for the module, works fine for my EN/ES website.
