I've ported this feature from ORUG 6.x-1.5 version to 6.x-4.1 release.

Changed behaviour: used 'og/users/*/roles' page for configuration as is present the same functionality.

I've not tested it well yet!

What's with the odd permissions? If want to create permissions for each role, foreach over them. Some sort of random numbered permissions is odd.
