No changes since 7.x-1.0-rc2. A long time has gone since that release so it is time to finally release it.
This is a release candidate of the feature that has been in the dev branch for the last year:

This is the first release candidate. It is mainly created to allow new features in the dev branch and get a stable release for the 7.x branch. There are no bug fixes included in it.
The following features are included:
Stable D6 release. Includes support for both image.module and imagefield.module.
D6 compatibility from patch here: #220679: Drupal 6?
Release of image_filter compatible with Drupal 4.7.
Update image_filter for compatibility with Drupal 5.x.
Nightly development release.
