Love the theme to begin with... great job.

Only problem I'm having is getting the mission statement to appear across the banner image? From the theme image, it appears there should be a gradient bar across the image with the mission/slogan in it.

Doesn't seem anybody else is having this issue... but I just can't seem to find where I have this wrong.
