Tweet fetching in bot_potpourri [#971734]

Because Morbus wouldn't add Bot Social to Druplicon, but said he'd consider it if it were simplified and added to Bot Potpourri.

I've been using the bot_social for a few days and love it.

I just disabled that module, added this patch, restarted my bot and everything works great. It catchs both old style and new twitter URLs with ease.
