Thanks for this module!
I was wondering if there's anyway to add checkboxes next to every ticket on the ticket list page, to allow to select a bunch of messages and delete all and possibly change status or category to all selected?

Hi,

Yes, actually, I've done this in a custom version of this module and will move it over in the next release.

*Note: there will be a next release! I've been too busy to add upgrades to this module recently but will put some more focus on it soon.
