Can I keep my vocabulary from Glossary and use it in Lexicon?

There are no changes in the way the Lexicon module uses the vocabularies. You can just keep the vocabularies and install the Lexicon module and configure it to use the same vocabularies.

Mind you that the Lexicon module will not inherit the configuration settings from the Glossary module, so you have to set the configuration. Also, some CSS classes have been renamed and added so you might have to update those in your stylesheets.

I would recommend you to first try migrating on a dev environment to see what happens before you do this on a live website.
