I tried to install ecommerce on a multisite system, brand new. I selected all the modules. The installation failed at the table creation phase because several modules depend on ec_transaction being there and it isn't.

Rerun the installation, and then it works because the store component got installed.

If the table eventually installed it's not likely to be auction sql. These problem have been caused by ec_recurring install process and should be fixed now.
