Not sure which issue que to post in, but I notice whenever I click on the cog and choose "Edit Skin" when using the Skinr module, drupal's system-menus.css, admin.css, defaults.css, and system.css gets included into the page which messes up my layout.

Do you think this is coming from something wrong in the TAO theme or the Skinr module?

maybe this issue: #967166: Content rendered via AJAX does not respect stylesheets removed in .info files ?

changed to critical as from what i can tell from the issue i listed above; themes like Tao which remove core css files using their .info file cannot actually work in D6
