HELP Excessive 503 Errors

I have migrated my drupal site live to our shared hosting on ix web hosting. After i have done this my site keeps popping up 503 errors, everywhere, at intervals about 2 minutes. i browse around for a while and its fine then suddenly BAM 503, refresh a dozen times and im back to the site. sometimes when i get the site back it doesn't load properly with images or css missing, a few more refreshes and its back to normal.

I have
Optimized my PHP tables ( all of them via phpmyadmin)
disabled all un-used and non critical modules.
Flushed all the caches.
updated all modules and drupal core

I need Help in any way you guys can offer! i am no wizard when it comes to mySQL or php at all... and my sites users cannot be bombarded with errors when using my site!.
