Hi There,
I am stuck moving my image gallery at the top of content.
I have an image gallery block on front page and also want the same gallery to some of other pages, the gallery comes to the content section but i want to move that gallery upward to the contents.
Image gallery is coming at the bottom of content while i want to shift that gallery above the content.
Please suggest me hows that can be possible.
Thanks

awaiting for the solution
did not get any progress yet, Please help.
Let me know if need any further details.
You can create custom regions
You can create custom regions inside the page to put that block on the top of the page.
In the theme .info file create a new region for eg: content top
You need to add this to the your_theme_name.info file where all the other regions are
created.
regions[content_top] = Content top
Then in your page.tpl.php and page-front.tpl.php add this above the $content. That is where
the page content is printed.
Then please clear the cache of the site at Home › Administer › Site configuration ›
Go to the admin block page : Home › Administer › Site building ›
And add the image gallery block in the Content top region.
Thanks
Different problem fiound on the page
Hi,
The solution you given has worked but i found that, my other regions are not available. i can assign my block only to "content-top" region, no options are available to assign the block to "content", "footer" or "header". Do i have to specify the region with the code in page.tpl.php..?. also i have inserted the region section in "my_theme_name.info" ie: regions[right] = Right sidebar
regions[content] = Content
regions[header] = Header
regions[footer] = Footer
let me know if any further details need.
Thanks
waiting for solution,
hi , i am still waiting for the solution.. no progress yet..!
Please reply..
Thanks
Yes, you need to specify the
Yes, you need to specify the other regions also along with the custom region in your_theme_name.info file.
regions[left] = Left sidebar
regions[right] = Right sidebar
regions[content] = Content
regions[header] = Header
regions[footer] = Footer
regions[content_top] = Content Top
Please clear the cache after this at admin>site configuration>performance
And go to the block page to check if all the regions are available along with the custom region. May I know which theme are you using?
Thanks,
