Hi all,

I use ubercart for my visitors to regsiter for a one year
membership.
Now I want to automatically (cronjob) remind my users
about when their role is going to expire. For example
2 weeks before, on the date it is expired, and 2 weeks after.

Is there a module that does it or does somebody have
an idea how to manage this?

I actually use it on my site which I'm almost done. There is a module but you must pay for it. It's called Moneyscripts- Membership Suites I love it so far. It sends out emails when roles are about to expire and emails them also when they cancel or renew or create a membership. you can google it and find it

you should also be able to do this with rules using a rule set that gets scheduled when the role is assigned. See the rules documentation for a tutorial on scheduling rulesets.
