This module is working great on my site, except there are 2 themes where the comment submission form does not show up. I believe there must be something else to do with these themes, but I don't know what.

The 2 themes concerned are Newsflash and Deco.

I can confirm that this works on Absynthe, Aurora, Barlow, ChaiGarma, Dovetail, Painted, Pixture_Reloaded, Salamanderskins, and Zeropoint.

I would really like to be able to offer the other 2 themes to my members, but unless the comment form is visible, I cannot.

What could be the missing step for these?
