How to add tooltip something like this http://drupal.org/project/tooltips or this http://codylindley.com/Javascript/264/jtip-a-jquery-tool-tip to the user/register, /user or user/password form?
On each side should be different advice.

You have any ideas?

Use Form Tooltips modules for display tool tip in user reistration form and /user form please download the module from below link
