When I go to add content to a panel the pop up comes up but just keeps displaying the loading circle no matter how long I let it sit. I encounter this problem in Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. I understand other info will be needed, just let me know what I need to provide

I have this same issue, except that the popup content loads in Firefox 6.

This issue is fairly common, and almost exclusively caused by a javascript problem, often a conflict with another module. Please search the issue queue a bit, and you should find several similar issues.
