The code added to fix #679976: ckeditor with Panels breaks for me when using the latest jQuery (via Google AJAX API).
The line in question is in the behaviors handling section of ckeditor.utils.js:
// Support for Panels #679976: ckeditor with Panels
if ($(context).attr('id') == 'modal-content') {
It appears that the context does not have any attributes, and an exception is thrown, which breaks some JS support for that page (I noticed it when I found my taxonomy tags were no longer autocompleting).
I fixed the issue - or at least got the autocomplete working again - by changing the line to:
// Support for Panels #679976: ckeditor with Panels
if (context.attributes && $(context).attr('id') == 'modal-content') {
I'm not an expert in JS, let alone jQuery, so there may well be a better way.
In case it matters, I have CKEditor loaded by link click on that form, not by default.
