Port Delicious module to Drupal 7

-> ran it through coder upgrade
-> tried to solve some DB issues (query pager)
the settings for the delicious module seem to be working now
-> now stuck at the actual delicous page.
-> It does not work yet.

*had to select version 6.x-4.x-dev because there was no D7 available
