admin and users cannot modify profile information when ljxp is active.

What do you mean cannot?

The menu items don't exist? The profile fields don't save properly? Is there an error? Please be more specific.

when I go to my account/edit/personal information (http://mysite.org/user/1/edit/
Personal+information) Drupal thinks for a long time and says "page not found".

In logs I have a lot of such php-errors:
array_shift(): The argument should be an array в /home/philosop/public_html/includes/form.inc at line 496.
