How do I discount a fixed amount? UC discount currently only work on %.

Go under the discount settings (admin/store/discounts/manage) and choose one discount.
There are now a list of all your action, choose one. (admin/store/discounts/1/actions/1)
After the next page you can enter different values for you discount.

When you enter "20$" ubercart will reduce the prodoct price by 20 dollar.
If you enter "20%" ubercart will reduce the product price by 20 percent.
