Drupal core project page should have a CVS instructions local task

One of the great features for contributors on all of the project pages is the CVS instructions local task which gives a quick overview of how to perform common tasks needed to contribute back to the project.

However, it's notably absent from the Drupal core project page. People generally point others interested in contributing to core to the CVS handbook, but to find any semblance of a cheat sheet, you have to wade through all of the high-level stuff and find this unaliased page which only has a subset of the commands the CVS instructions local task provides, and includes a whole bunch of discussion about corner cases.

So, can the CVS instructions local task be enabled for the Drupal project page?
