Dan,

The Danland theme handbook discuss "How to turning on the site's mission statement"

You can configure the site's mission statement by visiting: Administer > Site building > Themes > Configure > Danland (admin/build/themes/settings/danland).

Please added a "mission statement" on the "site information" page first.

These instructions and areas do not work for drupal 7. I believe that the "mission statement" will be added to the region "Highlighted", but how do you enter the words for the mission statement in drupal 7?

I wish I would wait two minutes and try something before asking. I am getting a little more confident with Drupal 7 and your theme by the hour. I created a new block and added it to the Highlighted region. The block can be named anything.

Would you like help updating the Theme Handbook for Drupal 7?

Ah ha! Glad I came upon this. Was going crazy trying to figure out! Still a need for documentation for this.

changing to active because Documentation not updated.

2 problems I guess:
1) Danland documentation says "Please added a "mission statement" on the "site information" page first." But it seems that there is no Mission statement in Site Information in D7? I don't see it on my site.
2) No mention of Highlighted region in doc.

I am referring to Danland documentation here: http://drupal.org/node/768350

No problem Dan. When I have more time free I will go proofread all of the Danland documentation. I know English is not your primary language, there were some grammar and spelling errors I fixed, there are probably more. :)

@Branjawn: Yes English is not my primary language, thanks :)
