Whizzywig editor not showing, but showing with Garland 6.19

I have recently installed newsflash theme for by drupal CMS and installed Whizzywig editor. I successfully installed it and configured Whizzywig but when I create or edit a content i do not see the Whizzywig editor. But when I change to garland theme then the editor is available. I searched drupal.org and find http://drupal.org/node/697072 and added

print $closure

in the page.tpl.php, still editor is missing. Please advice
