The module doesn't take into account that different versions can exist of one faq entry. This means that you get all the revisions when you view the faq.

I solved it by simply adding a "GROUP BY r.nid" in the file on line 278

This should be fixed in the new Drupal-5 version of the faq module - version 5.x-1.0. This release is a replacement for previous versions. If there are any features from the old module that you will to see incorporated into this version, please let me know.

I'll be maintaining the drupal-5 version of the module, and if enough people want it, I'll do a backport to Drupal-4.7.
