jQuery UI

After setting up a panels page with 3 views panes (not all views have items in it) all was well. Than I set-up tinymce for a inline image tool to add images to blogs. i noticed my blogs section ( the panels page with 3 views as tabs) was screwy.

I read through the issues here and notice jquery mentioned a few times but nothing really pointing to my issue so I decided to try and figure it out by myself. I tuned off all modules I added after the blogs section ( the panels page with the 3 views) and than turned them on one by one and it broke again when jquery UI was turned on.

Now my question is, is this a known issue? is it tabs or jquery? maybe the wrong version downloaded from the jquery site? I am not sure. maybe someone can help me.

The versions used are:

Tabs panel style - 6.x-1.0-rc6
• Panels - 6.x-3.8
• Chaos tools - 6.x-1.8
• Tabs - 6.x-1.3
• jQuery UI - 6.x-1.4
