Since Sweepstakes requires user to be registered, it limits the potential uses for this module.

If Sweepstakes was integrated with a Webform User Registration module then it would allow anonymous users to sign up for an account when filling out the webform to enter into a sweepstakes. Thereby satisfying conditions for an anonymous user to sign-up for an account before entering sweepstakes.

Webform Registration is still under development for few different modules, so the best the best module to integrate with needs to be determined:
