Taxonomy Autotagger: re-autotag by date / filters

In the Re-autotag section, it would be nice to be able to:

• Not only re-autotag all nodes of specified content type, but to filter by date (so I can tag, for example, just today's nodes, not the entire database)
• Using exposed views, to filter by other specified CCK fields.
• Optionally to clear all tags before re-tagging. (You can already do this on a node by node basis, by setting the taxonomy to none.
• To add an API so that other modules can run re-autotag.
