Captcha ( http://drupal.org/project/captcha ) does not currently restrict user input into the community tags form even though it was added correctly (form ID community_tags_form ) Captcha shows up, but it does not validate. This should be fixed, or a similar solution should be found, especially since community tags can be used by anonymous users.

Moving to 6.x-2.x-dev. You shouldn't allow anonymous tagging though - it's not supported and doesn't work (yet)!
