Issue Summary
I use this excellent module on several dozen sites to hide fields from amateur-ish sys admins. One of the fields that I hid long ago (before propagating these settings to a multitude of sites) was on the main content editing page: "Show only items where" ... the form where you can choose the type of content, whether it was published, etc... I hid this form with version 1.x of form defaults and now with version 2.x I cannot unhide this field. If I turn the module off the form reappears. Unfortunately I have used this (excellent) module to change dozens of forms on dozens of sites (again, because I have a lot of amateurish sys admins and want to hide as many options as possible until they are ready). Is there a way I can reveal this form without disabling the module? I'm ok with editing the database if necessary. Thanks!!

Actually, looks like that particular form cannot be unhidden with the 2.x version regardless of whether it was hidden with 1.x or 2.x. I was able to reveal this form by reverting to the 1.x version so issue is solved for me but probably needs to be patched in next version.

Here's the path to the field that cannot be revealed once it is hidden:
/formdefaults/node_admin_content/filters
