Add dependency to imagecache or check module_exists()

This module is calling imagecache functions on various places. Imagecache should be added as a module dependency or the code should check for existance of the functions before calling theme.

Installing this module on a plain Drupal site gives an "Fatal error: Call to undefined function imagecache_presets()"
