CCK - choose an image from a list

Hello. I need to make review nodes that have ratings from 1 to 5 stars. What I need is to choose what image to appear (an image with 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 stars) from a list to appear on the node.

I've tried until now to put the image code in a select list, in a check box list and even using elseif to show the image for a corresponding number (i don't know any php, so maybe that's why) but nothing worked. Also, nobody seems to have had the same problem, or at least they didn't post it on the forum. Please help!
