When viewing an individual blame report, the most visible issue is that the "data" field generally pushes out outside of the desired layout. The template being rendered is in table format, which causes this, but it may be more appropriate to find a better layout choice so that the data is more readable and fits more appropriately within the confines of a theme, regardless of the theme chosen for admin.
