I have three forms that are using the Protected Downloads functionality. Two of the forms were working flawlessly two weeks ago; the third is a new form.
There is one mandatory e-mail field in each form, and the Mail confirmation to field is set to this field on the Protected Downloads tab.
However, based on the error e-mails the client is getting, the system is trying to send the download e-mails to e-mail addresses constructed from other fields instead. So, as an example, "[form company value]@mydomain.com", using the details entered in the Company Name field.
If the company name is multiple words, it tries word1@mydomain.com, word2@mydomain.com, etc. (no clue if this is qmail trying to be helpful or what!)
I have the most recent version of Protected Downloads, Webform 6.x-3.4, Private Upload 6.x-1.0-rc2, and Token 6.x-1.15.

berliner commentedI can not reproduce this behavior. Can you describe steps that help me reproduce the problem?

opanga commentedUnfortunately, I can't - I've done nothing unusual in terms of setup or configuration, and the difference between working and not working is unknown. The only thing I've got left is that I've done two upgrades of WPD since I was absolutely sure it worked properly on this particular server.
There were some security measures taken on the server - module upgrades, followed advice from here: http://nadeausoftware.com/articles/2009/05/drupal_and_apache_web_site_se...
I can give you the list of modules running, if that helps?
Also, in faint stabs, does it make sense to remove the module and associated DB tables, re-install, and see if there's a difference?
Thanks for the help!

berliner commentedIs this still an issue? Sorry that I didn't react, but this is one of the cases where you don't know where to start.
Please don't hesitate to come up with more information if you're still having this issue.

emerygjr commented> I have installed all of the required modules. private_upload-6.x.1.0-rc3, token06.x-1.15, webform-6.x-3.6 and webform_protected_downloads-6.x=1.x-dev. Everything works fine except that I get the message that the file to access cannot be read from the links on the download page. Are there patches that need to be applied to make it all work. Or can you send me the patched module.
