Fluid Width

Not sure if this is possible with this theme, but I'd like to be able to take advantage of the real estate provided by larger screens.

Maybe if it could be set to 1024 width and let the right-most column fall off the screen on 800 width monitors, that would be a good compromise.

I love the theme otherwise.
