Recently I decided to use Tao for my sub-theme.
Thank you, it's OK, but I found one strange thing using Opera browser (v.10.63 the latest). Opening pages in Opera I get broken markup and fonts by browser default, not determined by css.
It's enough to re-load a page twice to get a page just as it should be (and it really is in firefox, ie7-9, g.chrome).
I'm not sure about the origin of the problem, maybe it's in css files, as when I change my theme to Adaptive theme (initially I started with that theme for my subtheme), everything's OK with Opera..

Thanks
Igor

I seem to have the exact same issue. My theme is based on Tao. In Firefox (4 beta7), Chrome 8, Internet Explorer 8 and Safari 5 it looks exactly the same. But when i view it in Opera 10.63 it randomly seems to ignore some of the CSS. I tried it with Opera 10.63 on Ubuntu 10.10 and on Windows XP, with the exact same result. I'd say 8 out of 10 times it looks like the screenshot in opera-prob-1.png, in which the font is too big, margins are not correct, and the UL in the top-right has the default list style, while it should be none.
Then sometimes it looks like opera-prob-2.png, in which the top-right ul doesn't have the list-style, but all items have an incorrect position. Also the 'jump to content'-link is visible. However font size is correct.
Then sometimes it loads fine and looks exactly the same as in all other browsers (see opera-prob-3.png).

This is my first fist theme based on Tao so i could be doing something wrong as well ofcourse..

I just tried Opera 11 beta on Windows XP and I didn't seem to have the problem. I opened several pages for serveral times and they always looked exactly the same as in other browsers, so I guess it is a bug in Opera 10.xx ...

I could agree with you concerning the bug in Opera 10.6, but I have a copy of the same site made (initially) under AT template.
I have no problems with Opera 10.6 and the rest of browsers as well..

As Opera launched v.11 and it has no problem of 10.6, let's think of Opera bug here and close the issue.
