You need a actually version from GA.
Which version you are using?

I'am using Gallery assist 6.x-1.15 and gallery_assist_upport 6.x-1.0

I am sorry. The GA version 1.15 is to old for the stable version from ga-upport. Why you not update to the latest version from GA (1.19-beta2)? Please read release notes from GA 1.19-beta1 too.
You will be happy if you do that. The 1.15 haves bugs which was fixed in later versions and the 1.19-beta2 will be the stable next week.
