Hi,
I just uploaded a multiple day event which started on the 14th of Nov and finishes on the 27th November. However the event block does not show this event in the block list. I think this could be because as the event has started on the 14th of november it is not being shown by the events block. How can I fix this i.e. how can I make sure that the event is shown in the events block until it is finished.

P.S. this event does show up properly when I click the more link to look at the events calendar

I noticed in the event.module that the events end date is not used for calculating if the event is ongoing or not. it is only calculated based on the start date. can some one guide me in the right direction ie how I can incorporate the end date as well to make sure the event is displayed as ongoing or NOW in the events block

This would be a good thing to have. The function you need to alter is event_block_upcoming

This version of Event is not supported anymore. The issue is closed for this reason.

Please upgrade to a supported version and feel free to reopen the issue on the new version if applicable.
