cannot add email accounts

Hi,
From time to time I download every new Pontomail release and haven't managed to make it work yet. I'm using drupal 4.7.3, and when adding the module everything seems to work ok. The pontomail and pontomail_send modules appear on the list and I activate them. I also run the upgrade script #3. But when clicking 'My account/Email accounts' in order to add a new IMAP account, no button appears in order to do that. What am I doing wrong?
