This question jumped out when I was checking the content type list. I have a content type: "wiki", and I am not sure where this content type is from: created by a contributed module or by myself.

Any ideas how to figure it out?

Goto admin/content/types and see if you have the delete option for the content types .. If there is then it is created by admin if not then created by a module ..

Is this always true? Since I also installed webform module, and this module created "webform" content type for me. However, there is a "delete" option for it.
