incompatibility with imageapi 1.9

If you're using imageapi 6.x-1.9 with this module, you may find that it inserts broken images when you use them with a custom imagecache preset. The way around this was simply to downgrade to imageapi 1.8.

I don't have the time to try work this one out and submit a patch, but at least the problem is identified, and a solution sort of exists.
