I want to improve the CVS application documentation, but I cannot get anywhere, because I cannot get the access rights to change the pages.

This is a duplicate of #977336: Improving the CVS Application documentation.

CVS documents are in full HTML, as they are thought to be changed from CVS administrators; being documentation maintainer doesn't help, in such case.
