There is bug If the node is in more that one category e.g. cat 1 & cat2

first mail (about created node) has in subject e.g. category name cat 1
and other mails (about comments in this node) have in mail subject category name cat2
It does almost always.
so I suggest to write to mail subject all categories in which the node is, or always write the one the same (the first idea is better I think)

This is by design.

If a user subscribes to a category, we alert them to posts in that category- if the post has additional categories it's not important for the subscription information. I think it would be confusing for the user if multiple category terms are in the subject because they would not know which subscription they were looking at.
